Legs Fri,02/13

Extension- 130 for 2 sets of 10,11
Squat- 195,195,225,225 for 8 reps each set
Press- 450 for 3 sets of 9,9,10
Walking Lunge- 135 for 10 reps for 3 sets
Calves- high reps for 20-30

As was mentioned my weight was down quite a bit from last week to 174, and waist 26 in the AM. Was brutal getting through the workout, but did it anyway! Should we be worried about the rapid loss of weight yet Joe? thanks
