1 r DB- 95,90,90,90 for 6,8,8,7
3 r DB- 90,90 for 9 reps for both sets
Incline Fly- 60lbs for 3 sets of 10
Hammer Curls- 75,75,65 for 6 reps
Close Curls- 100lbs for 9,9,10

Probably the strongest I've been yet in the gym in a few weeks!
