Bar Shrugs- 4 45's a side for 10, then 5 plates a side for 2 sets of 10,10
Db press- 85lbs for 3 sets of 7,6,6
Dips to failure- 4 sets of 8,8,8,8
Rope- 130lbs for 3 sets- 10,11,10
Weight was down a lb to 177, and waist was the same at 27!
